Effective date:
1. Who we are
DynAmIc is a brand of Dynamic Creations Associates Inc, a US company. In this policy, “DynAmIc,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Dynamic Creations Associates Inc.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call or discuss working with us. Our services are intended for business clients, but information about the people representing those businesses can still be personal information.
For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@dynamicpartners.ai or write to:
Dynamic Creations Associates Inc

Las Vegas, NV 89119, United States
When we process information on a client's instructions during a project, the relevant client agreement and any data-processing terms also apply. The client may be responsible for answering requests about that information. We will help direct your request to the appropriate party.
2. Information we receive
Information you provide. This may include your name, work email, company, company website, role, company size, inquiry, scheduling preferences and anything you choose to send us. Emails and attachments may contain additional information.
Booking information. We use Cal.com to arrange calls. It collects your contact details, appointment details and answers to the booking questions. Booking information passes into our Google Calendar and related scheduling communications. If someone adds you as a guest, we may receive your details from that person. Please let guests know before sharing their information with us.
Call information. We receive information you share in a call and may keep notes. Where recording or AI note-taking is agreed, this can include audio, video, transcripts, participant details and summaries. See section 4 for your choices.
Technical information. Hosting and scheduling providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, request time and pages or resources requested. The Cal.com calendar loads on our Contact page, so your browser can communicate with Cal.com before you submit a booking.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry or booking. If a project requires sensitive information, we should agree on the purpose and handling arrangements first.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and arrange, confirm or change a meeting.
- Understand your business needs and assess whether we can help.
- Prepare notes, briefs, proposals and follow-up related to our discussions.
- Manage our business relationships and internal work planning.
- Maintain the website and our systems, address misuse, respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Contacting us or booking a call does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing campaign. You can ask us to stop prospect follow-up by replying to us or emailing admin@dynamicpartners.ai. We may still need to send communications about an active engagement or a request you have made.
4. Calls, recordings and AI assistance
Calls normally take place in Google Meet unless we agree on another platform. We may use Google Meet recording, Gemini within Google Workspace or Meet, Granola, or Fireflies to capture notes and prepare summaries.
Before recording or using AI note-taking, we will tell participants which tools we intend to use and ask for their agreement. You can request a call without recording or AI note-taking. In that case, we can take ordinary written notes instead. You can also ask us to stop recording or AI note-taking during a call.
Agreed recordings may be stored in Google Drive or the recording provider's systems. Transcripts and notes may enter our internal AI-assisted workflow to prepare briefs, proposals and internal planning summaries. We use OpenAI and Anthropic interchangeably in this work, so relevant transcript, note or business-context information may be processed by either provider. Our workflow can also deliver resulting internal briefs through Telegram and save working files locally. These uses involve external providers; the information does not stay only on our computers.
AI summaries can contain mistakes. If you notice an error in information we have attributed to you, please contact us so we can review it.
5. Providers and other recipients
We use providers for website hosting, scheduling, email, calendars, meetings, document storage, transcription, AI assistance and internal communications. The information they receive depends on their role:
| Provider or service | Information involved and purpose |
|---|---|
| Website hosting provider | Technical request and log information used to deliver and operate the website. |
| Cal.com | Contact details, booking answers, guest and appointment information, and technical information used for scheduling. |
| Google Workspace | Email, calendar entries, Meet calls, recordings and working documents; Gemini may assist with meeting notes or summaries within Workspace. |
| Granola and Fireflies, when used | Meeting content and participant information used to produce transcripts, notes and summaries. |
| OpenAI and Anthropic | Used interchangeably to process selected transcript, note and business-context information in our internal AI-assisted work. |
| Telegram | Internal briefs that may contain information from our business discussions. |
Providers may also handle certain information for their own purposes, such as account administration and security, under their own terms and privacy notices. For details about the scheduling service, see Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud or security incidents, establish or defend legal claims, or protect people and lawful rights.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Project-specific access by client teams or specialist implementers should be addressed in the relevant engagement arrangements.
6. Cookies and analytics
We do not use first-party audience analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Embedded services such as Cal.com may use cookies or similar technology for their own functionality and may receive technical information when they load. Their practices are described in their privacy notices.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect scheduling. You can also contact us by email if you prefer not to use the booking calendar.
Our website does not currently have a separate response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. That statement does not limit any opt-out right you have under applicable law. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies, we will review the notice and any required choices before enabling them.
7. International processing
We are based in the United States and use providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Their locations and legal protections may differ from those where you live. We will address any applicable transfer requirements for the processing concerned. This notice does not ask you to waive your privacy rights or treat visiting the website as consent to every international transfer.
8. How long we keep information
We use these retention limits for prospect information:
- Inquiries, booking details and proposal discussions: up to 12 months after our last substantive contact if no engagement begins.
- Call recordings and raw transcripts: up to 90 days after the call. We may keep relevant summaries for the inquiry or engagement instead of retaining the full recording or transcript.
- Working notes, summaries and internal briefs: for the relevant inquiry or project, subject to the same inactive-prospect limit. Information needed for an ongoing engagement is handled as a project record.
Where a different period is necessary for an active project, a legal obligation or a specific dispute, we keep the relevant records for that purpose. Contracts, invoices and essential project records may need to be retained longer than an initial inquiry or recording. A separate engagement may set additional retention terms.
Deletion includes information in systems we control and appropriate requests to providers. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or provider logs under their retention arrangements. You can contact us to ask about deletion or the retention period for a particular record.
9. Security
We restrict access to personal information to people who need it for the purposes described here and use safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No website, transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to obtain information about our processing, access or correct your information, request deletion or cancellation, object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant authority. Some rights are subject to conditions or exceptions.
To make a request, email admin@dynamicpartners.ai. Tell us how you interacted with DynAmIc, the information concerned and what you would like us to do. We may ask for additional information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable way to challenge the decision. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal; it may affect activities that depend on that consent.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults acting for businesses. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact admin@dynamicpartners.ai so we can review it and take appropriate action.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the change as required by law. An update does not automatically authorize an unrelated new use of information already collected.
