Experience and accountability

Leo Alcalá has led digital products as Chief Product Officer of a technology startup and, most recently, as VP of Intelligent Ecosystems for a mid-sized Latin American consumer company, and he has run an online business of his own since 2010. That work taught him the failure we design against: the products that failed rarely failed on the technology. They failed because they asked people to work in a way that was slightly harder than the way they already worked, and slightly harder turns out to be plenty. AI does not change that. It raises the stakes, because it is easier than ever to build something impressive that nobody opens.

When the scope requires specialist implementation, we assemble the team for the engagement and identify who is responsible before work begins.

Designed for daily use

So adoption is designed with the same care as the system: who runs it, who checks it, and when a person should question or override it, drawing on applied behavioral design and lifecycle product work. A working system earns its place when people use it and the work improves. A team that knows when to override the system is a team whose judgment got sharper. It is why a person stands at the centre of every engagement we run.
